At CardQuest Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges on trading card products and collectibles.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unopened condition
  • Sealed products must remain factory sealed
  • Items must include all original packaging and accessories
  • Items must not show signs of use or damage
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened booster packs, boxes, or cases
  • Individual cards removed from sealed packaging
  • Graded cards (unless received damaged or not as described)
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer support at [email protected]
  2. Include your order number, items to return, and reason for return
  3. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request
  4. Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions and a return authorization number
  5. Ship the items back using a trackable shipping method

Important: Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.

Our Responsibility: If we made an error or the item is defective, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will send you an email confirmation
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. Include your order number and description of the issue
  4. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs

8. Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong item to you, we will cover all costs to correct the mistake. Contact us immediately with your order number and details of the error, and we'll send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

9. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use or damage not caused in transit
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items returned without all original packaging or components
